Chemistry

Jag möter väldigt många olika människor inom båda av mina jobb. Jag undrar verkligen vad det är som gör att det beror helt på hur kemin mellan de man jobbar tillsammans med som avgör om du har en bra eller dålig dag på jobb? Vissa människor lyften ens humör bara genom att komma in genom rummet och får tiden att gå med högfart. Andra människor tynger ner och gör dagen till en olidlig pina. Finns det ett recept på vilka man passar med? Och hade det inte varit underbart om man kunde skräddarsy sin arbetsplats kring personerna man jobbade bäst med? Effektivt OCH roligt!

I meet a lot of different types of people within both of my jobs. I really wonder why the reason for having a good or bad day at work depends on the chemistry between the people you work with? Some people can lift your mood just by walking in through the door and time flies when you're together. Others will drag you down and make your day unbearable. I'd really like to know, is there a recipy for who fits you the most? And wouldn't it be great if we could design our workplace around the people you work the best with? Efficient AND fun!
