I was surfing around the other day and found this video on YouTube (via) where Jim Lahey from The Sullivan Street Bakery was sharing his technique for "no knead" bread to the readers of The New York Times. Being the breadlover that I am, I had to try it out. It wasn't hard to do and after about 18 hrs of rising alltogether and almost an hour in the oven, I could serve home baked "no knead" bread along with my bouillabaisse.
With a few minor tweaks here and there for next time, I can safely say that I'll never eat store-bought bread again! Try it, you won't be disappointed!
